Afhendingartími
Þegar verslað er á vefverslun andrea.is getur þú valið á milli þess að sækja í verslun eða fengið sent með Dropp eða Íslandspósti.

Ef pöntun þín er send með Dropp afhendist hún að jafnaði næsta virka dag eftir að pöntun hefur borist og greiðsla átt sér stað.

Ef pöntun þín er send með Íslandspósti fer hún í póst í síðasti lagi næsta virka dag, og er afhendingartími að jafnaði tveir til þrír virkir dagar eftir að pöntun hefur borist og greiðsla átt sér stað.

Ef pöntun er sótt í verslun eru allar pantanir sem gerðar eru fyrir kl 23:59 tilbúnar til afhendingar næsta virka dag.

Sendingar
Þegar viðskiptavinur hefur lagt inn pöntun er sendur staðfestingartölvupóstur. Þegar vinnsla pöntunar lýkur er sendingarnúmer einnig sent.

Ef svo óheppilega vildi til að pöntunin/hluti af pöntuninni er uppseld þá áskilur AndreA sér rétt til þess að senda þær vörur sem eru til og endurgreiða þær sem eru uppseldar og sömuleiðis láta viðskiptavin vita.

Sendingarkostnaður bætist við pöntun áður en að greiðsla fer fram.

Shipping
Once a customer has placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent. When the order is completed, the shipment number will too be sent.

In the unfortunate event that the order/part of the order is out of stock, AndreA reserves the right to send the existing products and refund those that are out of stock, and naturally notify the customer.

Delivery time
When shopping at andrea.is, you can choose between picking your order up at the store or get it sent to your address.

If your order is sent, it will be mailed no later than the next working day, and the delivery time is usually two to three working days in Iceland and deliveries abroad can be up to five or seven working days, after the order has been received.

If you want to pick up your order in the store, all orders made before 23:59 are ready for delivery the next working day.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the order before payment is completed.
