Afhendingartími
Þegar verslað er á vefverslun andrea.is getur þú valið á milli þess að sækja í verslun eða fengið sent með Dropp eða Íslandspósti.
Ef pöntun þín er send með Dropp afhendist hún að jafnaði næsta virka dag eftir að pöntun hefur borist og greiðsla átt sér stað.
Ef pöntun þín er send með Íslandspósti fer hún í póst í síðasti lagi næsta virka dag, og er afhendingartími að jafnaði tveir til þrír virkir dagar eftir að pöntun hefur borist og greiðsla átt sér stað.
Ef pöntun er sótt í verslun eru allar pantanir sem gerðar eru fyrir kl 23:59 tilbúnar til afhendingar næsta virka dag.
Sendingar
Þegar viðskiptavinur hefur lagt inn pöntun er sendur staðfestingartölvupóstur. Þegar vinnsla pöntunar lýkur er sendingarnúmer einnig sent.
Ef svo óheppilega vildi til að pöntunin/hluti af pöntuninni er uppseld þá áskilur AndreA sér rétt til þess að senda þær vörur sem eru til og endurgreiða þær sem eru uppseldar og sömuleiðis láta viðskiptavin vita.
Sendingarkostnaður bætist við pöntun áður en að greiðsla fer fram.
Greiðslumátar
Hægt er að greiða með kredit- og debetkorti í gegnum örugga greiðslugátt Valitor sem og með peningum í verslunum.
Verð
AndreA áskilur sér rétt til að breyta verðum fyrirvaralaust. Öll verð í vefverslun sem og í verslunum eru með 24% virðisaukaskatti.
Skilafrestur og endurgreiðsluréttur
Hægt að skila vörum sem pantaðar eru á netinu innan 14 daga að því tilskyldu að vörunni sé skilað í því ástandi sem hún kom til þín ásamt kvittun. Ef ofangreind skilyrði eru uppfyllt er hægt að fá endurgreitt. Endurgreiðsla getur tekið allt að tvo virka daga að fara í gegn.
Einnig er í boði að skila pöntunum í verslanirnar. Fatnaði og fylgihlutum skal skilað í verslun að Norðurbakka 1 en skóm og skóvörum í verslun að Vesturgötu 8.
Viðskiptavinir geta ekki neitað móttöku sendingar og þar með hætt við pöntun, án þess að koma því á framfæri við AndreA.
Skipti á vörum er í boði í verslunum AndreA. Ef viðskiptavinur hefur í huga aðra stærð, lit eða vöru þá er hann vinsamlegast beðinn um að senda vöruna til baka og koma óskum sínum á framfæri.

Ef svo óheppilega vildi til að vara reynist gölluð, skal viðskiptavinur hafa samband við AndreA innan við tveimur mánuðum frá uppgötvun gallans.
AndreA tekur inn gallaðar vörur í öllum tilvikum, en áskilur sér rétt til að hafna kvörtunum vegna vara sem ekki hefa verið meðhöndlaðar rétt. Sérstaklega ætti að meðhöndla fatnað með saumuðum hlutum eins og pallíettum, perlum og hnöppum, einnig prjóna- og silkivörur, mað aðgát. Ef hægt er að laga vöruna þá gerum við við hana, annars fær viðskiptavinur nýja eins flík. Sé sama flík ekki til þá er boðið upp á aðara vöru eða endurgreiðslu.
Vinsamlegast sendið okkur tölvupóst á shop@andrea.is titlað „gölluð vara“. Tölvupósturinn skal innihalda pöntunarnúmer ásamt lýsingu af gallanum og myndum. Ef varan hefur skemmst í sendingunni, hafið þá samband eins fljótt og auðið er svo hægt sé að gera ráðstafanir.

Price
AndreA reserves the right to change all prices without notice. The prices on the website as well as in the stores include VAT or 24% when bought in Iceland. When shopping outside of Iceland the VAT of the price will be automatically removed during checkout, after the shipping country is selected.
Please note that the VAT does not apply on payment charges or delivery charges.
VAT is removed because you the buyer are not entitled to pay the 24% Icelandic VAT. However local import taxes might apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by local tax authorities in your country.
Shipping
Once a customer has placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent. When the order is completed, the shipment number will too be sent.
In the unfortunate event that the order/part of the order is out of stock, AndreA reserves the right to send the existing products and refund those that are out of stock, and naturally notify the customer.
Delivery time
When shopping at andrea.is, you can choose between picking your order up at the store or get it sent to your address.
If your order is sent, it will be mailed no later than the next working day, and the delivery time is usually two to three working days in Iceland and deliveries abroad can be up to five or seven working days, after the order has been received.
If you want to pick up your order in the store, all orders made before 23:59 are ready for delivery the next working day.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the order before payment is completed.
Payment methods
You can pay with a credit- or debit card through Valitor's secure payment checkout, and cash in store.
Returns and refunds
Products ordered online can be returned within two weeks, provided that the product is returned in the condition in which it arrived to you, along with a receipt or gift certificate. If the above conditions are met, you can get a refund. Reimbursement can take up to two to four business days to complete.
It is also available to return orders in our stores. Clothing and accessories shall be returned to our store at Norðurbakki 1 and footwear and shoe producst to our store at Vesturgata 8.
Customers can not refuse receipt of a shipment and thus cancel an order without notifying AndreA.

Reclamations
In the unfortunate event that a product is found to be defective, the customer should contact AndreA within two months of discovering the defect.
AndreA will accept defective products in all cases, but also reserves the right to reject complaints about products that have not been handled correctly. Clothes should be specially treated with sewn items such as sequins, beads and buttons, as well as knitted and silk products, with care. If the product can be fixed, we will make it, otherwise the customer will receive a new identical garment. If the same garment does not exist, another product or refund is offered.
Please send us an e-mail at shop@andra.is entitled "gölluð vara". The e-mail should include the order number as well as a description of the defect and photographs. If the product has been damaged during shipment, contact us as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.
