Delivery time
When shopping at the andrea.is online store, you can choose between picking up in store or having it sent by Dropp or Íslandspósti.
If your order is sent by Dropp, it will normally be delivered the next working day after the order has been received and payment has taken place.
If your order is sent by Íslandspósti, it will be mailed on the next working day at the latest, and delivery time is usually two to three working days after the order has been received and payment has taken place.
If an order is picked up in store, all orders placed before 23:59 are ready for delivery the next working day.
Shipments
Once the customer has placed an order, a confirmation email is sent. When the order is processed, a tracking number is also sent.
If, unfortunately, the order/part of the order is sold out, AndreA reserves the right to send the products that are available and to refund those that are sold out, as well as to notify the customer.
Shipping costs are added to the order before payment is made.
Payment methods
You can pay by credit and debit card through Valitor's secure payment gateway, as well as by cash in stores.
Price
AndreA reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices in the online store as well as in stores include 24% VAT.
Return deadline and right of refund
Products ordered online can be returned within 14 days, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as it arrived with a receipt. If the above conditions are met, you can get a refund. Refunds may take up to two business days to process.
It is also possible to return orders to the stores. Clothing and accessories must be returned to the store at Norðurbakki 1, while shoes and shoe products must be returned to the store at Vesturgatu 8.
Customers cannot refuse to receive a shipment and thus cancel an order, without communicating this to AndreA.
Product exchanges are available in AndreA stores. If the customer has a different size, color or product in mind, he is kindly requested to send the product back and communicate his wishes.

Drawbacks
If, unfortunately, the product turns out to be defective, the customer must contact AndreA within two months of discovering the defect.
AndreA accepts defective products in all cases, but reserves the right to reject complaints for products that have not been properly handled. Clothing with sewn items such as sequins, beads and buttons, as well as knitted and silk items, should be treated with care. If the product can be repaired, we will repair it, otherwise the customer will receive a new identical garment. If the same garment is not available, another product or a refund is offered.
Please send us an email to shop@andrea.is with the title "defective product". The email must include the order number along with a description of the defect and pictures. If the product has been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.
